A Sexy Restaurant & Coffee Bar in Midtown

Cocktails and American cuisine are one of our favorite combinations when it comes to indulging in restaurants around NYC. Trademark Taste & Grind offers up both of those (very well, we might add), but also slaps a bigger smile on our face with their boutique coffee bar attached to the restaurant.

Make your way through the grapevine-riddled entryway that feels like something out of a small town in Italy. Upon admittance, you’ll be presented by a barista who stands behind an unpretentious, subway tile-style coffee bar who’s ready to pour you a fancy cup of joe at the drop of a hat. If it’s not coffee you seek, stroll past the modernized coffee bar to the “Taste” portion of Trademark.

Trademark’s restaurant, which is opportunely located in Midtown Manhattan in Hotel Le Soleil provides classiness and a chic interior, while maintaining a comfort level that is important when escaping the madness of the NYC streets. Edison bulbs line the ceiling, dimly shining down on must-have dishes like their Brick Chicken, Braised Lamb Shank, and Pork Porterhouse. The Brick Chicken is topped off with cherry peppers and is in a lemony, almost francaise-style sauce, over fingerling potatoes. The Pork Porterhouse, a real pleasure of a dish, is in an apple maple mustard with winter salad, figs, and crispy yukon.

Whether you’re a local New Yorker or from out of town and staying in the hotel that houses Trademark restaurant, be sure to incorporate it into your plans during the winter season.
